WHAT DOES MUSIC MEAN TO YOU? SHOW US BY CREATING AN ARTWORK ON OUR SOUND EXPRESSION T-SHIRT!

Pick up an entry form and T-Shirt at Sound Expression reception and enjoy making your artwork during the upcoming school holiday! You can use any medium you like – be it acrylic paint, texta or DIY tie dye.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Fill out an entry form from our clinic and pick up a free T-shirt.
2. Have fun creating your artwork at home. Please ensure the artwork is on the front of the T-shirt. Don’t forget to take some photos!
3. Iron-on our Sound Expression logo on the front of the T-shirt on the left hand side (see instructions)
4. Drop off your amazing T-shirt to Sound Expression reception by 5pm Saturday 24th October 2020 – please clearly label with the name of the Entrant.
5. You must also submit your artwork photos (must be less than 2MB each) to us by 5pm Saturday 24th October 2020. To submit – scan the QR Code supplied to you or click here. Enter the password ‘artexpression’ . You must submit:
   1. 1. One photo of the Entrant creating their artwork
      2. One photo of the Entrant wearing the final artwork
      3. A close-up photo of the artwork

Publicity: Entrants must consent to Sound Expression using their name and images (including photographs and video footage) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of this promotion.

6. A confirmation email will be sent to you once you submit your entry.
7. The winning Entrants will be notified by phone and email on Saturday 31 October 2020. The winners will also be announced on Sound Expression’s Facebook page and Instagram and Sound Expression’s website in the week following the draw.
