Terms and Conditions
1. The “Promoter” is Sound I.T. Pty Ltd (ABN 21 099 980 202) trading as Sound Expression 7 Avon Road North Ryde NSW 2113 info@soundexpression.com.au 0416 288 917 2. Eligibility: Entry is open to clients attending services at Sound Expression and their siblings. 3. Employees and directors of Sound Expression and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter this promotion. 4. The promotion commences on 14 September 2020 and ends at 5:00pm AEST on Saturday 24 October 2020 (Promotional Period). 5. To enter into the competition, the entrant must complete the entry form at Sound Expression reception and pick up a complimentary promotional T-shirt. 6. Draw date: The competition winners will be chosen on Saturday 31 October 2020. There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes awarded for the client category and also 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes awarded for the sibling category. 7. Multiple entries: Only one entry per Entrant is permitted. Further entries by an Entrant will be deemed invalid. 8. Game of skill: This promotion is a game of skill, and subject to these terms. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. 9. Judging: All entries must be created by the entrant. There are no restrictions on what an entrant can use to create the artwork on the T-shirt. Each valid entry will be judged by two independent judges from Agency 1 Real Estate based on creativity and overall artistic interpretation according to the theme. The winners will be determined by the judges at their sole discretion. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding in all respects. 10. Notification: The winning Entrants will be notified by phone and email on Saturday 31 October 2020. The winners will also be announced on Sound Expression’s Facebook page and Instagram and Sound Expression’s website in the week following the draw. 11. Prize redemption: The winners will be advised to collect their prizes during the week following the draw, when they attend their regular sessions. 12. Prizes: Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. 13. Publicity: Entrants consent to Sound Expression using their name and images (including photographs and/or video footage) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of this promotion. 14. Reservation of rights: Sound Expression reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the entry process. 15. Exclusion of liability: Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Sound Expression (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including in negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Sound Expression’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Sound Expression) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Sound Expression; (d) taking and/or use of the prize. 16. Sound Expression will not disclose personal information of the entrants to any third parties without the permission of the Entrant.
